The newest addition to our handheld transceivers are these fabulous VHF transceivers. These units give full VHF channel coverage of all International VHF channels in a compact handheld unit complete with LCD display. The housing is tough enough to survive general use and ergonomically shaped so they can be held in your hand all day long if necessary. The antenna is removable so the units can be connected to a larger antenna mounted on a boat. The features you'd expect to find such as adjustable squelch, belt clip, high/low output selection are all present despite the low cost.

The units are supplied with a charging cradle with a 12VDC plugpack included for charging from mains but being 12VDC it can be charged in cars or boats with 12V systems. Powered by a 7.2V Ni-MH battery and additional batteries are available if you need them.
