Warranty

Lynch Investigations and Countermeasures Pty Ltd will arrange the warranty by communicating with the wholesaler who has taken the responsibility for supplying a warranty of the products for sale to the customer. Warranty period varies from three months for power supplies to two years for cameras (note batteries have no warranty). We will arrange for the warranty through our wholesaler on each item during the period with the least possible inconvenience to the user. To return items please contact us as soon as possible. We will repair or replace the item ASAP. We will try when possible to have your warranty claim completed by our wholesalers within 14 days.


Warranty Return Costs

The customer ships the product to the relevant office at their cost; Lynch Investigations & Countermeasures Pty Ltd and their wholesalers cover return shipping of the product back to the customer if the product is covered by a warranty. If the goods are deemed to be in good working order or not covered by a warranty, the customer pays for shipping both ways and pays Lynch Investigations & Countermeasures Pty Ltd and their wholesalers combined $15.00c tech fee prior to Lynch Investigations & Countermeasures Pty Ltd and their wholesalers sending goods back to the customer. If the goods are covered under a warranty, Lynch Investigations & Countermeasures Pty Ltd and their wholesalers will pay return shipping costs of the product to the customer with no other fees. Please note, batteries are not covered by the warranty and power supplies only carry a 3 month warranty.

Goods must be packaged in a secure method with a minimum of 2cm depth of bubble wrap or similar material for protection during transport. Failure to comply with these requirements could void your warranty.

All goods returned for a warranty or refund etc MUST be in original condition and packaging.


Bench Work

Off the street bench work $25.00 per 15 minutes.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that where any safety devices or modifications are installed on any second hand goods, the buyer has those safety devices or modifications checked out by a competent authority before they are used. Where no safety devices are installed on second hand goods, it is the absolute responsibility of the purchaser to make all necessary inquiries as to whether such goods need or require safety devices to comply with all standards of safety. In particular, to ensure they comply with the relevant Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
